Bodhi seeds are considered a highly auspicious ritual item, it comes in natural form and the Mala makers pierce the seeds, then rub the seeds to make them the right shape and size.

Mala Beads are a Buddhist and Yogi tool of meditation or ध्यान Dhyana. They are moved in rhythm with the breath and mantra of the meditation. The action of moving the beads keeps sleep and distraction at bay and incorporates more of the whole body in the meditation. Each time the mantra is repeated, the fingers move the next bead.
